The Supreme Court issued an unusual update to their schedule today, Sunday.
Without mentioning a case, they said that a decision will be posted at 10 AM on March 4. Monday. 1 day before Super Tuesday when 16 states go to the polls.
It most likely relates to the effort underway to remove President Trump from the ballot in Colorado which Trump appealed.
Colorado is one of the states voting on Tuesday.
Naturally we will update you tomorrow night on the show at 9pm.
We haven't been streaming, and I figure you all deserve to know why.
On August 10th I decided to take the rest of the month off. Honestly, it started as a heat thing. Keeping the studio comfortable this summer was miserable and I just didn't want to deal with it. But August ended and I realized something: I didn't miss streaming. Not even a little. I asked Dani if she felt the same way, and she did.
Yesterday was the show's anniversary. I didn't feel any pull or desire to go live. Dani and I made a deal a long time ago that we'd keep doing this as long as it was fun, and the second it started feeling like work, we'd stop. I think we're there.
Dani has other successful projects going that take up a lot of her time, and they're very much worth her time. As for me, I’m at the point where I prefer recording and uploading on my own schedule better than the grind of live streaming. So going forward, live streaming is going to be the exception, not the rule.
This isn't necessarily a goodbye. ...
