We haven't been streaming, and I figure you all deserve to know why.
On August 10th I decided to take the rest of the month off. Honestly, it started as a heat thing. Keeping the studio comfortable this summer was miserable and I just didn't want to deal with it. But August ended and I realized something: I didn't miss streaming. Not even a little. I asked Dani if she felt the same way, and she did.
Yesterday was the show's anniversary. I didn't feel any pull or desire to go live. Dani and I made a deal a long time ago that we'd keep doing this as long as it was fun, and the second it started feeling like work, we'd stop. I think we're there.
Dani has other successful projects going that take up a lot of her time, and they're very much worth her time. As for me, I’m at the point where I prefer recording and uploading on my own schedule better than the grind of live streaming. So going forward, live streaming is going to be the exception, not the rule.
This isn't necessarily a goodbye. It’s not done. It just looks different from here on out. More on that soon.
Hey everyone, just a heads up that TPS Report Live is taking a break for the rest of August. Dani and I are stepping away to recharge, but we'll be back with new episodes in September. Thanks for sticking with us, and we'll see you soon. No Spin. No Censorship. No BS.
Happy Independence Day from all of us at TPS Report Live! Today we're grateful for the freedoms this country was built on, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to bear arms, and the right to hold our government accountable, values we try to live out every single episode. Whether you're grilling out, watching fireworks, or just kicking back with family today, we hope you're enjoying every minute of it. Thanks for riding with us all year, we wouldn't have a show without you. See you Monday at 9PM EST for more no spin, no censorship, no BS. God bless America.
